The Peepo server has been designed to be nimble - it's
configuration is straightforward and almost every parameter can be
changed while it's running. All configuration is in the form of simple
property files and new channels can be defined by just creating new
files in its channels configuration directory. Its
integration with Apache is at the file-system level making it
compatible with a large number of existing logging procedures.
