A. Yes, tap-and-hold on an empty area of the phone's home-screen. Select Widgets, select Flower and then press the "Exhibit". Choose the flower you want from any of your gardens by tapping on the flower. If the flower is not already being exhibited, it will be added to the home-screen.

If the Exhibit button is disabled, then you have no flowers to exhibit.
